Festival Programme
ABOUT THE CUBAN FIVE: The Cuban Five have been sentenced to a total of four lifetimes plus 77 years for their attempts to prevent terrorist attacks against innocent victims by para-military groups operating out of south Florida. The Five were found guilty of conspiring to commit espionage and, in one case, of conspiring to commit murder. There was no evidence or witnesses against them; no crimes were committed: no injury, no theft, no property destruction. Information gathered was in the public domain.;

Wednesday, April 29, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., “People Under Fire” Poetry and Music organized by Toronto Women’s Bookstore, Harbord west of Spadina.

8:00 p.m.: Innis Town Hall - Celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. Donations to go to the Hurricane Fund for Cuba.
